Riding with a sense of responsibility to learn to interact with the horse and to handle and care for the horse in a respectful and considerate way takes some education on our part. The wonderful people below are bringing cutting edge insight to the horse world. Each of these teachers have dedicated their lives to educating people in the ways of the horse. Shea has great respect for each and every one of them, and hopes you will find in some of them a more satisifying way in which to spend time with your horse and help their lives be long and healthy.
Harry has amazing insight into the behavior of the horse. He communicates with them in a thoughtful way and helps people have a better understanding of their horse’s thought and feelings.
David’s western saddles are about the horse! They will also sit you in a balanced seat. His clinics are very educational. Not only does he cover saddle fit, but he also talks about the history of saddle styles and how that has affected today's riding disciplines.
Ross and Michele are located in Australia. They teach clinics and train horses for the public and sometimes comes to the U.S. for clinics. Ross has a blog on their website where he discusses interesting topics and answers questions that people write in about.
Melissa is a fellow trainer located in the Sierra Nevada Foothills with whom Shea collaborates.
Pete is passionate about what he does and always posts articles on his website. If you see that a Pete Ramey clinic is scheduled in your area, don't miss it!

Shea travels to Redwings on occassion to work on basic handling for Redwings horses who have been abused, and to provide craniosacral treatments.
Ryan Hallford is located in Southlake, TX, but also travels some teaching educational workshops in human craniosacral therapy. He is well worth a special trip to experience craniosacral on yourself or if you would like to learn more about the therapy.
Maureen Rogers is a pioneer in the field of equine craniosacral work, and the founder of Equine CranioSacral Workshops. Her biodynamic approach to Equine CranioSacral therapy makes her workshops unique and highly educational. She also has some DVD's on her site that are important for every horse owner to have.
